We want you to be confident trying our products.

Eligibility

  • Applies to first-time subscribers only (one refund per customer).

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of activation (defined as the time we grant TradingView access).

How it works

  • Email us with your order email + TradingView username.

  • If eligible, we’ll issue a full refund for that month’s subscription charge and cancel your subscription.

  • Access to the indicator(s) will be removed after the refund is processed.

What’s not covered

  • Renewals, repeat subscriptions after a prior refund, or abuse (multiple accounts/payment methods).

  • Requests made after the 7-day window (14-day for Pro plans).
